Amadeus is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a UI development team in a multinational, SAFe-driven environment. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and help remove impediments to predictable delivery across multiple geographies.

In this role, you will collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and RTEs to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive PI planning and execution. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master in software delivery teams.
• Experience with SAFe or similar scaled Agile frameworks.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Scrum Master for a UI development team, facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Coach teams to improve autonomy and delivery performance.
• Partner with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Release Train Engineers to coordinate PI planning.
• Promote Lean-Agile values and continuous improvement across the program.
