Delivery Assurance Field Representative - Aero-Engine Parts

Job Requirements:

Evaluate and assure supplier-produced Aero-Engine parts are delivered to meet the Engine build schedule.

Identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints to develop improvement and mitigation plans for on-time delivery.

This hybrid role involves Supply Chain management, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

Candidates must be fluent in French and English, possess a driving license, and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Supply Chain Management and Production Planning across Europe, mainly in France.
  • Understand the big picture to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Pursue solutions to meet customer needs with determination and interpersonal skills.
  • Communicate and remove barriers to achieve on-time delivery.
  • Drive tasks/projects to completion, including data collection and tracking.
  • Build relationships with partners, customers, and suppliers.
  • Manage multiple projects and departments simultaneously.
  • Identify new improvement projects with Supplier Development Leaders.
  • Understand products and processes at suppliers.
  • Analyze process and part data.
  • Monitor MRP tools, schedules, WIP, and non-conformances against delivery dates.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and disseminate information.

Work Experience and Skills:

Mechanical Skills: Understanding manufacturing processes, interpreting drawings, process planning, lean methodologies, material handling.

Supply Chain Skills: Management, planning, ERP systems, shipping, customer-facing experience.

Production/Procurement Skills: Part qualification, production processes, SAP, inventory, French aerospace knowledge, problem-solving methodologies, communication skills, travel willingness, and leadership capabilities.
