Delivery Assurance Field Representative - Aero-Engine Parts

Job Requirements:

Evaluate and ensure that supplier-produced Aero-Engine parts are delivered to the customer as per agreement to meet engine build schedules.

Identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints to develop improvement and mitigation plans for on-time delivery.

This hybrid position involves aspects of Supply Chain management, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

Candidates must be fluent in both French and English, possess a valid driving license, and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Support supply chain management and production planning for OEM sites and suppliers across Europe, primarily in France.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of operational processes and products at assigned suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze process and part data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage and track production schedules, WIP, non-conformances, and delivery commitments.
  • Communicate effectively across departments and levels of management.
  • Collaborate with supplier development teams to identify and implement improvements.
  • Document and report findings, and prepare presentations as needed.
Work Experience & Skills:

Mechanical Skills: Understanding of manufacturing processes, ability to interpret engineering drawings, familiarity with lean methodologies.

Supply Chain Skills: Experience with production planning, ERP systems like SAP, customer engagement.

Production/Procurement Skills: Knowledge of part qualification processes, production processes, and problem-solving methodologies like DMAIC or 6 Sigma.

Fluent in English and French, IT literate, willing to travel up to 60%, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
