A leading global animal health company in Île-de-France is seeking a teleoperator to develop sales, maintain client relationships, and manage orders. The ideal candidate will have a Bac +2 in sales and at least 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for making around 120 to 150 calls per day and providing excellent customer service. The teleoperator aims to develop sales within a targeted and defined client population in collaboration with the sales manager. Success in this role involves developing and maintaining a privileged relationship with clients to increase sales, especially among segments not visited by the sales force, and to foster customer loyalty. It also includes managing all aspects of the commercial relationship: order taking, handling customer questions and dissatisfaction regarding products or services. Additionally, the teleoperator conducts prospecting activities, proposing new offers, products, or services to their contacts.
Minimum Bac +2 in sales (NRC, etc.)
At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of various channels and the pharmaceutical market is advantageous.
