What will I be doing?

1. Monitoring project profitability: reporting monthly on project margins to operations.
2. Budget monitoring: revising budgets annually and tracking quarterly consumption.
3. Payroll management: participating in resource allocation using Napta.
4. Revenue forecasting: consolidating and updating forecasts by client.
5. SaaS metrics monitoring: tracking KPIs like ARR, LTV, CAC.
6. Expense forecasting: developing spending forecasts based on operational needs.
7. Consulting on project pricing: advising on negotiations and margins.
8. Continuous improvement: enhancing financial processes.
9. CSR activities: supplier reviews, carbon footprint assessments, CSR evaluations.

What do I need from you?

• Masters degree (Bac+5) in Business, Finance specialization.
• 4-5 years of professional experience, audit background is a plus.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Experience with ERP systems (Cegid XRP Flex) and resource planning tools (Napta).
• Experience in SaaS or B2B software industry is a plus.
• Attention to detail, rigor, adaptability, teamwork, good communication skills, and professional English proficiency.
