IQVIA LLC is seeking a Délégué Hospitalier(ère) to drive growth of a biosimilar portfolio across mainland South-East France, focusing on nephrology and rheumatology. You will build relationships with hospital pharmacists, procurement teams, and clinicians, and lead tender strategies to improve patient access and uptake.

You will operate autonomously within your territory, reporting to cross-functional teams and contributing market intelligence to shape strategy while delivering against sales

Qualifications

  • Proven pharmaceutical sales experience within the hospital environment.
  • Experience engaging hospital pharmacists and procurement stakeholders.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success influencing hospital purchasing and prescribing decisions.
  • Experience in biosimilars, biologics, nephrology or rheumatology would be advantageous.
  • French language fluency is essential; English is beneficial.
  • Full, valid driving licence.

  • Lead strategic account management activities and support hospital tender processes and negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to maximise account performance.
  • Gather and communicate market intelligence, including competitor activity, treatment pathways, tender developments and prescribing trends.
  • Position the company as a valued and trusted partner within the hospital environment.
  • Deliver against sales targets while contributing to the continued growth of the business in France.

  • Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA)
  • Corsica
Additional responsibility
  • French Overseas Territories (DROM), including Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Mayotte and Réunion

Please note that the overseas territories represent a small proportion of the role, with the primary focus being mainland South-East France.

The Role

As a Délégué(e) Hospitalier(ère), you will play a key role in driving the growth and adoption of a market-leading biosimilar portfolio across your territory. Working within nephrology and rheumatology, you will help position our client as a trusted partner to hospitals and healthcare professionals while supporting improved patient access to biologic therapies. Operating autonomously within your region, you will develop and strengthen relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including hospital pharmacists, pharmacy managers, procurement teams and relevant clinicians. Your ability to engage decision-makers, manage strategic accounts and support successful hospital tenders and negotiations will be critical to your success. Working collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues, you will ensure stakeholders have access to the information and support required to facilitate product adoption. You will also provide valuable market intelligence, helping to shape commercial strategy and identify opportunities for future growth.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven pharmaceutical sales experience within the hospital environment is essential.
  • Experience working with hospital pharmacists and procurement stakeholders.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success influencing hospital-level purchasing and prescribing decisions.
  • Experience in biosimilars, biologics, nephrology or rheumatology would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, Public Health or similar) or in Business Administration, Health Economics or a related discipline.
  • French language fluency is essential.
  • English language skills would be beneficial but are not required.
  • Full, valid driving licence.
