Qualifications

• 5+ ans d'expérience en ML/DL ou ingénierie AI.
• Fluent en Python, solide maîtrise des bibliothèques ML/CV.
• Expérience en peu d'environnements de cloud hybrides.

This is the opportunity to push AI forward in a team that tries to solve one of the biggest problems in travel: quickly finding affordable accommodation that fits your needs. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Deep Learning Engineer ready to fully engage in supporting our rapid growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Business & Product Innovation, you will be a key pillar of our innovation strategy.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI features, from technical design to production rollout

• Transform raw data into insightful and meaningful content for cozycozy users

• Participate in the creation and curation of training and validation datasets with the data engineering team

• Collaborate with the backend team to seamlessly integrate into production-ready environments

• Collaborate with the product team to deliver user-focused, timely, robust, and high-performance solutions

• Contribute to infrastructure decisions focused on scalability, efficiency, and cost optimisation

• Track model performance and continuously improve deployed solutions, focusing on model performance and data integrity

• Participate in peer reviews, write meaningful tests, and maintain up-to-date documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years as an ML/DL or AI engineer, preferably in startups or scale-ups

• Master’s degree or Ph.D in Maths or Engineering from a top university or “Grande École”

• Fluency in Python

• Solid mastery of ML/CV libraries

• Experience developing, training, and deploying machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision algorithms

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases

• Experience working with large data sets

• Experience in bare-metal and/or hybrid cloud environments

• A product mindset — you think in terms of user impact, not just code

• Fluent in English

Bonus points

• Experience with LLMs and other GenAI models

• Familiarity with geolocation data, GIS systems

• Experience in the travel tech space or with large-scale search platforms
