Job summary

Hill Robinson Group is seeking an experienced Deckhand/First Mate to join a 24m+ catamaran. Operates on a world cruising itinerary with a charter & light private program, and requires independent deck leadership with solid technical capabilities.

The start window is end October/early November in the South of France, with 2+ years of yachting experience and STCW/Medical certificates; Yachtmaster Offshore is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of yachting experience.
• Ideally been a First Mate on a similar size catamaran.
• Strong technical and mechanical experience would be desired.
• High confident on solely running the deck.
• Strong work ethic and attitude.

Deckhand/First Mate - Charter/Light Private - 24m+ SY (RH-5263)

Hill Robinson is excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Deckhand/First Mate to join a highly desirable 24m+ Catamaran. The vessel operates on a World cruising itinerary and runs a Charter & light Private program.

• Start date: End October/Early November
• Start: South Of France
• Itinerary: Caribbean 2026/2027 & South Pacific 2027/2028
• Package: Salary in Euros
• Leave: MLC standard

Experience and attributes required

• 2+ years of yachting experience
