Alignerr is seeking a Data Security & DLP Analyst (AI Training) to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems. You will focus on DLP controls, data classification, and security operations to shape how AI handles sensitive information across realistic scenarios.

The role is an hourly contract, 10-40 hours per week, fully remote. You will collaborate with top research labs and contribute to data protection strategies in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data security, compliance, or security operations.
• Hands-on familiarity with DLP tools, data classification frameworks, and privacy or regulatory concepts (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
• Understanding of how data exposure occurs and how to protect data in real environments.
• Ability to analyze risk scenarios and clearly communicate findings.
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently on asynchronous tasks.

What You'll Do

• Analyze realistic data security and DLP scenarios across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise environments

Who You Are

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or SaaS security tools
• Background in security operations, incident response, or data governance
• Familiarity with AI systems or machine learning workflows
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIPP, or equivalent
