Job Description:

Our international client is looking for a Data Scientist with experience in AI (voice bots) for an initial 6-month contract with a high chance of extensions. This position is fully remote.

• Position: Data Scientist
• Contract type: Freelance B2B
• Location: Remote

Skills and Responsibilities:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer in NLP or voice automation projects.
• Experience working with voice bot platforms - especially Cognigy AI, but also tools like Google Dialogflow or Azure Bot Services.
• A solid background in AI/ML tools - especially those used for speech recognition, text understanding, or conversational automation.
• Skills in analyzing conversational data and measuring bot performance.
• Experience integrating bots with other systems (CRM, call center platforms like Genesys).
