About the Role

We are looking for an International HR Manager to oversee HR operations for approximately 100 employees - both at the headquarters and across subsidiaries and representative offices in 12 countries.

Location : Vincennes, France

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR advisor for operational managers, providing support on recruitment, employee administration, disciplinary matters, training, career management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws, guiding managers in their implementation.
  • Oversee payroll coordination with local HR service providers for international teams.
  • Monitor legal developments and ensure labor law compliance in all countries, working closely with external HR and payroll consultants.
  • Implement the organization’s HR policies within your scope, with a focus on skills management and career development.
  • Design and deploy training programs for teams in France and internationally.
  • Lead and manage the talent management process, including annual and professional review campaigns, internal mobility, succession planning, and career path development.
  • Oversee the HRIS performance management system.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects at both national and international levels.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations at the Vincennes site.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree (M1 / M2) in Human Resources Development or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international HR environment.
  • Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high sense of confidentiality.
