Our Finance team manages and balances complex budgets across our global business, covering multiple regions and categories across all aspects of the finance cycle.

About the role

Based in Paris, you will report to the EMEA Finance Director and lead the France market finance team, ensuring market growth and profitability. As part of the local leadership team, you will work closely with Regional Execs, driving strategy, overseeing P&L performance, and managing the balance sheet and working capital. You will lead the local finance team, partnering with sales across all channels and collaborating with the cluster team to optimize costs, forecasting, and performance insights. Talent development across EMEA is also a key focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with leadership to drive commercial strategy across all channels.
  2. Own P&L performance, identifying risks / opportunities and developing mitigation plans.
  3. Provide a clear performance narrative across sell-out, sell-in, trade stock, P&L, and working capital.
  4. Foster collaboration with cluster, regional, and group finance teams to improve processes.
  5. Develop and coach the finance team to enhance capability and career growth.
  6. Build financial capability across the market through training and support.
About you:
  1. 10+ years of experience, including leadership roles in market finance.
  2. Strong understanding of the electrical retail and e-commerce industries.
  3. Action-oriented with resilience and strategic vision, able to dive into details.
