Our Tech Stack

Your Impact

As a Data Scientist in the Paris office, you will collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers, designers, and project managers on interdisciplinary projects, using math, stats, and machine learning to derive insights from raw data across various industries.

You will be a highly collaborative individual capable of setting aside personal agendas, listening and learning from colleagues, challenging thoughtfully, and prioritizing impact.

You will seek ways to improve processes, work collaboratively, and embrace iterative change—experimenting with new approaches, learning, and moving forward quickly.

Role responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients—from data owners to C-level executives—to understand needs and build impactful analytics solutions.
  • Contribute to problem-solving sessions and deliver presentations to colleagues and clients.
  • Translate business problems into analytical models and evaluate them with relevant metrics.
  • Write optimized code to enhance our Data Science Toolbox.
  • Implement machine learning, statistical models, Generative AI, and LLM use cases.
  • Contribute to R&D projects and share insights at conferences like NIPS and ICML.
  • Guide companies through data science solutions to transform their businesses across industries such as healthcare, automotive, energy, and sports.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, machine learning, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or AI.
  • 0+ years of professional experience applying machine learning and data mining to real problems with large datasets.
  • Programming experience in R and/or Python (must), with PySpark/PyData experience desirable.
  • Ability to prototype and apply statistical analysis and modeling algorithms.
  • Ability to own and drive model development independently, balancing demands and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Willingness to travel.
