SoTalent is seeking a Data Scientist / Analytics Specialist to transform company data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decisions. You will work across multiple data sources to extract value, develop reports, dashboards and predictive models to guide business choices.

The role requires mastery in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization (Power BI), with a Master’s degree and strong statistical modelling experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in data science or related field.
• Experience in data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Strong programming in Python, R, SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Familiarity with large datasets and ML frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Gather and organise data from various internal platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support business decisions.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Development, you will play a key role in transforming company data into actionable insights that support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. You will work across multiple data sources to extract value and help guide business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Management

• Gather and organise data from various internal platforms
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability
• Develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support business decisions
• Design and implement predictive models (e.g. demand forecasting, maintenance optimisation)
• Build and maintain decision-support tools using data science and machine learning techniques

Business Insights & Performance

• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations
• Contribute to improving service quality and anticipating future needs
• Support performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay informed about developments in data science and artificial intelligence
• Propose and explore new data-driven solutions to enhance business operations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and engineering

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modelling
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with large datasets and AI or machine learning frameworks
