Role Summary

We are looking for candidates to build and implement analytics solutions for our esteemed clients. Incumbent should have strong aptitude for numbers, experience in any domain and willingness to learn cutting‑edge technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical specifications.
• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
• Perform data wrangling, model building and model deployment activities.
• Stay current with latest research and technology and communicate knowledge throughout the enterprise.
• Lead initiatives to improve team morale, camaraderie and collaboration.

Technical Skills

Must Have Skills (Data Science / Machine Learning)

• Hands‑on experience in Data Science with Python/R, PySpark/SparkR; strong skills in exploratory data analysis and predictive modelling on big data.
• Experience building and implementing ML‑driven business transformation use cases such as demand forecasting, price/promotion optimisation.
• SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases.
• Hands‑on experience with MS Azure, GCP, AWS Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Bricks, Azure DevOps.
• Experience scaling ML models from POC to production.
• Ability to communicate actionable insights to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong knowledge of statistical concepts such as distributions, statistical tests and their proper usage.
• Fast learner and willing to work on new technologies as required.

Must Have Skills (Machine Learning Operations / Machine Learning Engineer)

• Object‑oriented programming and coding standards; architecture & design patterns; configuration & package management; logging and documentation.
• Experience with test‑driven development, Pytest frameworks, git version control, REST APIs.
• Azure ML best practices for environment management, runtime configuration, alerts.
• Designing and implementing ML systems & pipelines; MLOps practices and tools such as MLflow, Kubernetes.
• Experience with event‑driven orchestration and online model deployment.
• Establishing best practices in MLOps system development.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, R & Python).
• Solid understanding of database concepts, reporting and data science concepts.
• Experience working with client IT/business teams to gather requirements and convert them for the development team.
• Client relationship management and development of business cases for opportunities.
• Azure AZ‑900 certification and Azure architecture understanding is a plus.
• Expertise in Object‑Oriented Python programming with 4‑5 years’ experience.
• DevOps working knowledge with implementation experience—at least 1–2 projects.
• Hands‑on experience with MS Azure, GCP, AWS Cloud.
• Assist in ML pipeline creation to execution and debugging pipeline failures.
• Engage with business/stakeholders on status updates and issue resolution.
• Automation, technology and process improvement for deployed projects.
• Setup standards related to coding, pipelines and documentation; adhere to KPI/SLA for pipeline run and execution.
• Research on new topics, services and enhancements in cloud technologies.

• Understanding of at least one domain (e.g., retail, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing).
• Knowledge of project lifecycles: waterfall and agile.
