What You Will Do

Objectif

Le stage consistera à construire et à maintenir un leaderboard de prévision — un cadre structuré et extensible permettant de comparer des méthodes de prévision, des approches statistiques classiques jusqu’à l'apprentissage automatique et aux modèles de fondation récents — et à l’utiliser pour mettre à l’épreuve la méthodologie de prévision sur des jeux de données industrielles internes comme sur des jeux de données publiques externes.

• Dans quelle mesure la performance relative des modèles sur les benchmarks publics prédit leur performance sur des données industrielles réelles, et quelles caractéristiques des données expliquent l’écart lorsqu’il apparaît
• Si les modèles de fondation récents offrent un avantage réel par rapport aux approches classiques et d'apprentissage automatique pour la prévision industrielle, dès lors que l’on considère conjointement la précision, l’incertitude et le coût pratique de déploiement

L’objectif Est De Comprendre

Approche

Le leaderboard prendra en charge plusieurs jeux de données — internes et externes — et plusieurs méthodes de prévision, le tout évalué selon un protocole cohérent et rigoureux. Il sera conçu pour évoluer dans le temps, au fil de l’ajout de nouvelles méthodes et de nouveaux jeux de données.
