YOUR FUTURE TEAM

The Data, CRM and Analytics team is dedicated to support business transformation and growth for the Professional Product Division (PPD).

PPD has become a true digital division keeping our mission to bring professional beauty for each, with hairstylist at heart and data as our accelerator.

Through our digital transformation journey, we are building a powerful BB and BBC eco-system leveraging e-commerce, Online Education, CRM, Business Reps, Customer Care apps to serve customer and consumer needs.

These data acquisition touchpoints allowed us to create a unique O+O stylists knowledge (data asset) to boost business growth through segmentation, marketing activation, personalization and call to action.

As we look to leverage these opportunities and AI in our go-to-market, it's important that we continue to build upon our Data initiatives and strengthen our data quality.

What a day in the life of PPD Data Team looks like:

We have started our global PPD data journey, yet we need to continue make data ready for our business. To make it happen, we need a strong focus on data quality.

In this perspective, the candidate will need to:

  • Create awareness with pedagogy and proximity with all stakeholders on data quality.
  • Assess our current situation and provide clear guidelines and policies.
  • Monitor and lead remediation actions plan

Details of the mission:

Data management

  • Create proximity with stakeholders to understand, translate & qualify the data business requirement: scope, issues, objectives
  • Define critical objects & attributes
  • Audit the current situation and root cause gaps
  • Define strategy to remediate existing issues and anticipate data quality standards for new sources
  • Lead, animate and orchestrate the implementation of remediation actions with support from the source app and data teams on the main gaps, from Division, Zones or Country entities
  • Animate PPD data teams and consult CDAO on quality best practices

Data-related policies

  • Ensure the respect of the product data group standards/policies
  • Document & communicate the new best practices/standards
  • Write new, policy-compliant processes where required

Quality monitoring and improvement

  • Implement KPIs to measure data quality and monitor deviation from acceptable quality levels
  • Define, communicate and follow-up remediation plans to increase data quality
