Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Stibo Systems MDM solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and integration with other systems.
• Customize and configure Stibo's MDM platform based on business requirements, ensuring scalability and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other IT teams to ensure MDM solutions align with business objectives and best practices.
• Create and maintain data models for Stibo MDM, including designing data entities, attributes, and hierarchies to meet business needs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the Stibo platform, including data quality issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for development, customization, integration, and troubleshooting processes.
• Ensure rigorous testing of MDM solutions, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.
• Provide support and training to team members and stakeholders on Stibo functionalities and best practices.

Desirable Skills:

• Certifications: Stibo Systems STEP certification is a plus.
• Additional Tools: Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
