The Opportunity

Cloud Services (CLS) supports various Business Lines in their technical installations and daily operations.

The Data Protection and Compliance Officer defines, implements, and promotes compliance standards within the organization, assessing and monitoring risks, and reporting to the steering committee.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Data Protection Responsibilities (70%)

• Perform activities related to data protection within the Cloud services organization.
• Advise stakeholders on data protection and GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate with the group DPO and community.
• Provide training and support data protection officers.
• Implement and improve data protection controls.

Compliance Responsibilities (30%)

• Evaluate applicable laws and regulations, identify risks.
• Address ethics and anti-corruption challenges.
• Advise stakeholders on ethics and anti-corruption.
• Implement and improve compliance controls.
• Report to the global compliance office as required.
• Manage relationships within the organization.
• Oversee corrective actions from audits.

Who Are We Looking For

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, law, or risk management.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Technical knowledge of cloud services is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of legislation, ethics, anti-corruption, and data protection.
• Understanding of IT operations, security, and data governance.
• Experience with risk audits and controls.
• Partnership skills with technical teams.
• Experience managing controls over personal data systems.
• Project management skills are advantageous.
