Description du poste

Nestlé Zone Europe is looking for a Data Product Owner to support the deployment of the PFME module of a marketing analytics product (Marketing & Sales Cockpit). Current and planned product features encompass data driven marketing modules related to marketing campaign evaluation and budget optimization. The product is already deployed in France, Spain, the UK, Italy and Turkey, coming soon to Germany and Switzerland. The position will report to the M&S Cockpit deployment lead for Zone Europe.

Main responsibilities

  • Product Deployment : Support Product Manager in product's success, being accountable for its overall performance, and help in decisions that drive its deployment and adoption.
  • Raise the quality of data ingested in our Data Warehouse.
  • Monitor results of the data science models deployed and measure their impact.
  • Partner with business teams to help them ramp-up with our software and offer insights.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses in data analytics according to needs.
  • Innovation & Strategy : Collect learnings on processes and automation wherever possible to improve data quality and speed of model refresh delivery. Propose innovative solutions based on user needs.
  • Collaboration Across Teams : Work closely with internal stakeholders (Global, Zone Europe and Country) and coordinate with external collaborators (group resources, consultants, media agency) to get projects across the finish line.

The role can be partially remote and there will be flexibility.

Preferred experience & skills

  • Master's degree in Science or Business.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data or product management with strong organizational skills required given the breadth of the product's scope.
  • Strong analytical skills and deep passion for digital adoption.
  • Some experience with Python & SQL programming a plus to perform functional code reviews. Knowledge of PowerBI a plus.
  • Previous experience in Marketing or with Optimization solutions welcomed.
  • Proactive, collaborative and able to influence stakeholders.
  • Great communication skills & fluency in English. As deployment is across Europe, most meetings and presentations must be delivered in English.
