Edenred is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead their data products' design and delivery. In this role, you will work with a dynamic team to align data strategies with business impact, manage data governance initiatives, and foster collaboration within the Mobility Data team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of product management methodologies, solid data analysis and visualization skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.

The Global Mobility Data Team supports Edenred Mobility's data transformation journey. It collaborates with regional CDOs, senior mobility teams, and group data to align data strategies with business impact, leveraging synergies across geographies. This team also develops the mobility data product roadmap, manages data governance and migration initiatives, and fosters collaboration between data and business teams through various initiatives.

The Mobility Data Product Manager leads the design and delivery of data products, manages the data squad, supports the business line data program, and oversees regional projects as an expert in data product practices.

This role reports directly to the Mobility Data Product & Strategy Lead (the BL Data Lead).

YOUR MISSIONS

The Data Product Manager's key missions include:

  1. Data Product & Asset Design: Design data products and assets aligned with the BL strategic roadmap, adapt use cases based on data strategy and tech stack, create frameworks, and develop features and roadmaps.
  2. Data Product & Asset Delivery: Ensure successful delivery of data products by leading agile ceremonies, monitoring costs, establishing quality standards, testing deliverables, and documenting processes.
  3. Support for Data Transformation Program: Monitor business value impact, consolidate use case roadmaps, track data governance implementation, prepare materials for key meetings, support strategic initiatives, and foster a Data Community within the BL.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Knowledge of Product Management Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, prioritization tools.
  • Understanding of data technologies and roles involved in data projects.
  • Knowledge of data security standards and Data Governance (GDPR, EU AI Act).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL).
  • Skills in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Miro, Figma.
