Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a hands-on expert in Enterprise Data Governance to advance data as an enterprise asset. You will establish data domain accountability, data product ownership, and sustainable governance practices to meet regulatory requirements and business needs.

You will partner with Data Product Owners, Domain Owners, and Technology teams to operationalize risk data products, promote transparency, and support modernization of data platforms with strong analytics and governance tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of experience in data governance activities.
• Advanced project management/business analysis knowledge and familiarity with business processes and applications.
• Thorough knowledge of data governance principles.
• Strong understanding of data architecture concepts and governance tooling.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, govern, and operationalize risk data products that support critical business capabilities and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Data Product Owners, Data Domain Owners, Data Stewards, and Technology teams.
• Ensure data products align to Enterprise Data Governance policies and standards.
• Promote user-centric design, reusability, and measurable business outcomes in data product management.
• Collaborate across Risk programs and Technology to enable modern data architecture and improve data accessibility.
