Responsabilités

• Define an implementable target data architecture: golden customer record, MDM, data flows, and API/event/batch integration patterns.
• Lead and validate PoCs and MVPs on critical topics: MDM strategy, data synchronization, golden record.
• Engage and align delivery teams to anchor decisions in execution.
• Decide on structural choices: reuse vs. build vs. buy, cloud patterns, integration strategy.
• Own the target architecture long-term (phase 2, 6–18 months): solution governance and convergence at the product-line level.
• Align multi-domain stakeholders without hierarchical authority — by credibility, not by title.
• Accelerate decisions where they are dragging.
