Excelya is seeking a Data Manager - Efficiency Engine to improve operational efficiency, optimize data workflows, and implement automation in a leading pharmaceutical R&D environment.

You will map processes, redesign data management activities, and develop KPI dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fluent French and English are required, with a minimum of five years in data management.

• Master's degree in Data Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management.
• Experience in scientific data standardization and qualification.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsabilités

• Support deployment and operational management of the Efficiency Engine initiative.
• Analyze and map existing processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Redesign Data Management activities and RACI models.
• Develop and implement automation to improve data capture and processing efficiency.
• Monitor and manage operational tickets and support data management teams.
• Design, calculate, and track performance KPIs and dashboards.
• Produce documentation, test cases, reports, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data flows and operational performance.

Key Responsabilities : Support the deployment and operational management of the Efficiency Engine initiative. Analyze and map existing processes to identify optimization opportunities. Contribute to the redesign of Data Management activities and RACI models. Develop and implement automation solutions to improve data capture and processing efficiency. Monitor and manage operational tickets and support data management teams. Design, calculate, and track performance KPIs and dashboards . Produce documentation, test cases, reports, and presentation materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data flows and operational performance. Master's degree in Data Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management. Experience in scientific data standardization and qualification . Strong skills in Python, SQL, and AI/LLM technologies . Experience in process optimization, workflow analysis, and automation. Knowledge of ticketing systems and KPI/dashboard development. Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, preclinical research, or translational medicine is preferred. Fluent French and English. Why join us?
