Excelya in Île-de-France (Saclay) is seeking a Business System Expert to support analytical platforms used for the design and statistical analysis of clinical trial data. You will link Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, IT, QA, and external vendors to ensure performance, compliance and improvement of critical systems.

With 2-5 years in system administration or related fields, you will manage SAS platforms, maintain CSV documentation, develop quality docs, and train end users.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in system administration, system support, or business systems management.
• Proven experience with SAS platforms (SAS Viya, SAS Grid, SAS Analytics Platform, SAS Clinical).
• Understanding of Biostatistics and Statistical Programming activities within clinical trials.
• Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and validation documentation.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, GxP, and clinical research processes.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud is highly desirable.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Provide functional support and administration for analytical platforms, primarily SAS (Viya, Grid, Clinical) and related systems.
• Act as the main interface between Biostatisticians, SAS Programmers, IT teams, QA, and external providers.
• Manage incidents, track technical issues, and coordinate resolution activities.
• Ensure compliance and maintain Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation in accordance with GxP requirements.
• Deliver training and support to end users.
• Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and validation activities.
• Monitor platform usage and propose corrective and preventive actions when needed.
• Support the assessment and framing of new system implementation projects.
