Responsibilities
- Data Integration Monitoring: Oversee the data integration process and perform quality controls to ensure data accuracy – including benchmarks, securities characteristics and analytics, portfolio holdings. Quickly analyze issues using existing controls or custom SQL queries, taking immediate corrective action for short-term fixes while investigating root causes for long-term solutions.
- Financial Instrument Creations: Create and maintain a wide range of static and referential data: financial instruments, indices and portfolio structures registered into our ALTO platform.
- User Request Analysis: Analyze and accurately interpret requests from users with diverse profiles (Portfolio Managers, Risk, Middle Office, Trading, Reporting) and effectively communicate complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Process Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously assess systems, processes, and procedures for inefficiencies, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Project Management: Act as project manager, facilitating communication between the business team and IT to implement system changes.

Technical Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and complex environment while effectively troubleshooting time-sensitive issues.
- Familiarity with capital markets, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, funds and indices.
- Proficient in programming languages (SQL, Python, VBA) with the ability to execute tasks autonomously and develop new code from scratch.
- Utilize technical skills (e.g., SQL, Python) to ensure the accuracy of large analytical data sets, automate processes through scripting, and efficiently query information from extensive databases.
- Capable of working simultaneously on a diverse range of topics across various systems.
Languages
Business proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French or Japanese is a plus.
