Position Description :

Your future duties and responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying data transformation pipelines in a Big Data environment. You will define comprehensive solutions to meet business needs, considering performance, scalability, and security issues. Additionally, you will configure and maintain Big Data clusters (MapR, Cloudera) and related components (Nifi, Kafka). You will prototype new technologies, support project teams with coaching and expertise, and mentor juniors and interns. As a Tech Lead, you will lead a team and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in IT roles involving Big Data design and development.
• Proficiency with Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, YARN, Hive, Hue, Oozie) and related tools.
• Strong skills in PySpark, Python, Scala, Spark.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, HBase, Couchbase, MarkLogic).
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Leadership skills, including coaching juniors and managing a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
