Vous travaillerez à la construction d'une plateforme de données analytiques en utilisant des technologies de pointe comme Power BI, SNOWFLAKE, et Google Cloud. Within the Beauty Tech Corporate IT Data Team, you will evolve in a team of around members, onshore and offshore. You will have the opportunity to work actively with the Corporate and HR business teams helping them build analytical dashboards while leveraging the AGILE methodology.

We can summarize your missions in several key areas:

  • Actively participate in building the new Corporate Analytical Data Platform using pioneering technologies such as SNOWFLAKE, DBT, Google Cloud Platform, and Power BI
  • Maintain the legacy data platform (SQL Server, Informatica, Business Objects)
  • Understand and challenge the business needs.
  • Build and maintain analytical reports using Power BI (Business Objects for the legacy)
  • Maintain and enhance the legacy platform while migrating to the new platform
  • Construct a reference guide, by documenting our processes

First and foremost, we love people who are curious, collaborative, eager to have an impact, proactive, and who value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit.

Secondly, for this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

  • An advanced degree in engineering or a technical/scientific field of study
  • Several years of experience as a Data Engineer
  • Strong competency with data manipulation: SQL IS A MUST!!
  • Power BI (especially in direct query mode)
  • Business intelligence concepts (BI, Data warehouses, data marts)
  • Informatica, Business Object, SQL Server
  • Python is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French

Finally, you may not be an expert with all the requirements listed; however, you must show a great appetite to rapidly upskill yourself on:

  • SNOWFLAKE, GCP, DBT, Python, C
  • Business Objects, Informatica, SSRS
