Explore Group is seeking a Senior Datamart & Integration SME in Paris to lead solution design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of scalable data workflows on a core trading platform.

You will own scoping, design data models and extraction chains, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams while mentoring across programs. Fluent English required, French advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead the scoping, solution design, configuration, and implementation of Datamart architecture, data models, and extraction chains.
• Design robust interfaces for trade feeds, static data, and market data while ensuring data quality and reconciliation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather functional requirements, maintain backlogs, and drive agile sprint planning.
• Support data migration, transformation, integration testing, and defect analysis alongside Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Provide subject-matter leadership and mentorship across platform implementations and transformation programmes.

A leading institution in the capital markets space is seeking a Senior Datamart & Integration SME to lead the solution design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of scalable data workflows on a core trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the scoping, solution design, configuration, and implementation of Datamart architecture, data models, and extraction chains.
• Design robust, high-performance interfaces for trade feeds, static data, and market data while ensuring data quality and reconciliation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather functional requirements, maintain backlogs, and drive agile sprint planning.
• Support data migration, transformation, integration testing, and defect analysis alongside Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Provide subject-matter leadership and mentorship across platform implementations and transformation programmes.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience working with capital markets trading platforms, specifically focused on Datamart, reporting, and integration.
• Strong product knowledge across equity derivatives and the broader capital markets trade lifecycle.
• Advanced technical expertise in SQL, XML, and data interface engineering.
• Proven delivery track record across large-scale platform implementations or migration initiatives.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder management and communication skills (French is advantageous).
• Additional exposure to BI/reporting tools, Python, Shell scripting, Perl, Java, web services, or ETL pipelines is highly desirable.
