Have you already heard about “TTX” or “Digital Data”?

Would you like to contribute to a solution intrinsically concerned with the PLC?

The Traveler Touchpoints & Experience Engineering organization (TTX) defines, develops, and operates all the technology required to power the online experience of airline travelers. This enables airlines to excel in online retailing through booking, self-service check-in, self-service disruption, and service center (a.k.a "future of ARD") touchpoints.
Our strong open platform (called Experience Creator) enables flexibility in building traveler touchpoints. Experience Creator provides orchestration APIs, UI components, UI development toolkits, customization tools, a data infrastructure, and a DevOps toolchain.

The Digital Data team, part of the Experience Creator organization (TTX - TPT), focuses on designing, building, and ensuring the effective operation of every component of the Digital Data Solution.

Our main mission is to provide a platform for big data collection, processing, and visualization to facilitate data analysis and exploration. As a guide for the PLC transformation, the Digital Data platform will provide data that informs strategic decisions impacting our customers. The team is involved in empowering data consumers by defining user boundaries and optimizing the platform’s capacity.

  8. Preparing data for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
  9. Collaborating with data and analytics experts to enhance system functionality.
  10. Participating in DevOps activities like software releases, job monitoring, and maintenance.

Our current platform is MapR, migrating to Azure cloud, which is a key focus for the team.
