Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Marseille is seeking an Internship - PMO / Project Portfolio Analyst to turn data into insights and support the IT project portfolio management. You will join the CIO Office to collect, validate and present reliable information for governance bodies.

You will collaborate with IT Finance Partners to prepare analyses and reports, and help ensure data quality across stakeholders. This 6-month internship requires a Master’s degree pursuit and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in a related field.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to present reliable information.
• Ability to create clear, professional presentations for different stakeholders.
• Organized, rigorous, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Data Consolidation & Quality Control: collect and update project data across the portfolio.
• Project Financial Management Support: assist budgeting, forecasts and analyses with IT Finance Partners.
• Reporting & Governance Support: prepare dashboards and KPI reports for governance meetings.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: coordinate with Gate Managers and Business teams to meet deadlines.
• Communication: translate complex information into clear insights for management.
