Role: DATA Consulting and Pre-sales

TCS France has been serving over 80 clients, including reputed brands and CAC40 companies, for more than 28 years, with 1,500 employees and investments in regional innovation and delivery centers.

We are seeking a DATA Consulting and Pre-sales professional to support our growth. You will manage a community of 50 associates specializing in data visualization, ETL, analytics, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Create a visible practice in the market.
2. Support critical projects with skills, governance, and customer engagement.
3. Assist in presales activities, contributing to solution development.
4. Connect associates with relevant TCS global practices.
5. Maintain high community utilization with the Global Resources Manager.
6. Facilitate fluidity of associates working with business units.
7. Engage with associates through town halls, events, and digital platforms.
8. Work with Talent Development to plan and develop skills aligned with industry needs.
9. Provide career guidance and coaching to associates.
10. Develop a sense of belonging and bond to TCS.
11. Execute performance management processes for community members.
