Role : DATA Consulting and Pre-sales

We are seeking a DATA Consulting and Pre-sales professional to support our growth. The role involves managing a community of 50 associates specializing in data visualization, ETL, analytics, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Create a visible practice in the market
• Support critical projects with skills and governance, including customer engagement
• Assist in presales activities, contributing to solution development
• Connect associates to relevant TCS global practices
• Maintain high utilization of the community in collaboration with the Global Resources Manager
• Facilitate fluidity of associates' work with business units
• Engage continuously with community associates through town halls, events, 1-to-1 meetings, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with Talent Development to plan, develop, and manage skills (cross-skill/up-skill) aligned with business needs and industry trends
• Provide career guidance, coaching, and act as an anchor for associates within the company
• Develop a sense of belonging and bond to TCS among associates
• Execute performance management processes for community members

Qualifications:

• Leadership skills to manage a strong skills group
• Technical skills relevant to the community managed
• Experience managing a skills-based community is advantageous
• Good knowledge of service delivery in a global context
• Ability to connect with alliances and partners
• Collaborative working style within cross-functional teams
• Conflict management skills
• Proficiency in French and English
