Role: DATA Consulting and Pre-sales

We are seeking a DATA Consulting and Pre-sales professional to support our growth. You will manage a community of 50 associates specializing in data visualization, ETL, analytics, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Create a visible practice in the market
• Support critical projects with skills, governance, and client engagement
• Assist in presales activities and solution development
• Connect associates to global TCS practices
• Maintain high community utilization with the Global Resources Manager
• Enable fluid collaboration between associates and business units
• Engage with the community through events, town halls, and digital platforms
• Work with Talent Development to plan and develop skills aligned with industry needs
• Provide career guidance and coaching to associates
• Foster a sense of belonging and loyalty to TCS
• Manage performance processes within the community

Qualifications:

• Leadership and team management skills

• Technical knowledge relevant to the community managed
• Experience managing skills-based communities is advantageous
