THE ROLE

We are recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join our team in delivering data projects for clients across the globe. As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will work closely with functional consultants and key customer resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and driving independent value through all data project phases. You will use your data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess, iterate through design, build, and deployment, ensuring maximum customer value. As part of the Syniti Data Migration team, you will execute best practices for successful business transformation and develop expertise in our platform to meet customer needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

After initial training, a Senior Consultant will be expected to:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Show proficiency in Syniti’s tools, adhering to development standards.
• Understand business processes in one or more functional areas and learn new areas quickly.
• Have strong knowledge of technical data structures and definitions related to assigned functional processes.
• Develop data migration rules and reports in Syniti’s tools as per specifications.
• Contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis, reporting, and collaboration with colleagues.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Maintain documentation and communicate project status to team leadership and clients.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.

WHAT IT TAKES

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, or Data Analysis.
• Functional ERP experience.
• Project experience with multiple ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% as required.
