Vous travaillerez sur des projets de migration de données, en utilisant la plateforme Syniti, pour optimiser la valeur client à travers toutes les phases des projets. • Compréhension solide de la méthodologie de migration de données Syniti.

THE ROLE

We are recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join our team in delivering data projects for clients across the globe. As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will work closely with functional consultants and key customer resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and driving independent value through all data project phases. You will use your data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess and iterate through design, build, and deployment, ensuring the highest customer value from your assigned objects. As a member of the Syniti Data Migration team, you will execute against best practices for successful business transformation and become skilled in our platform to meet all customer needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

After an initial training period, a Senior Consultant will be expected to:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Syniti’s tools, working to prescribed development standards.
• Have a good understanding of business processes for one or more functional areas and learn new areas quickly.
• Show strong knowledge of technical data structures and definitions of assigned functional process areas.
• Develop data migration rules and reports in Syniti’s tools as per specifications.
• Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with colleagues.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Maintain documentation and communicate status to team leadership and customer PMO.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.

WHAT IT TAKES

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, or Data Analysis.
• Functional ERP experience.
• Experience across multiple ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% as per project needs.
