THE ROLE

We are recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join our team in delivering data projects for clients across the globe. As a Data Consultant at Syniti, you will collaborate closely with functional consultants and key customer resources, gathering requirements, building conversion objects, and driving independent value through all data project phases. You will leverage your data skills and the Syniti data management platform to assess, design, build, and deploy solutions, ensuring maximum customer value. As part of the Syniti Data Migration team, you will follow best practices for successful business transformation and develop expertise in our platform to meet diverse customer needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

After an initial training period, a Senior Consultant will be expected to:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Show proficiency in Syniti’s tools, adhering to development standards.
• Understand business processes in one or more functional areas and quickly learn new areas.
• Possess knowledge of technical data structures and definitions related to assigned processes.
• Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti’s tools based on specifications.
• Contribute to ongoing data migration design through analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Document processes and communicate progress to leadership and clients.
• Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.

WHAT IT TAKES

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, or Data Analysis.
• Functional ERP experience.
• Project experience across multiple ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% as required.
