The Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Data Consultants, working on data projects globally. You will collaborate with functional consultants and client resources to gather requirements, develop conversion objects, and deliver value throughout all project phases. Your expertise with data and our platform will help assess, design, build, and deploy solutions that maximize customer value. As part of the Data Migration team, you will follow best practices to support successful business transformations.

What You Will Do

• Understand Syniti’s Data Migration methodology.
• Proficiently use Syniti’s tools, adhering to development standards.
• Learn business processes across functional areas quickly.
• Understand technical data structures and definitions.
• Develop data migration rules and reports based on specifications.
• Contribute to data migration design through analysis and collaboration.
• Create and maintain data load programs.
• Document processes and communicate progress to leadership and clients.
• Execute data loads and reconciliations end-to-end.

What It Takes

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, or Data Analysis.
• Functional ERP experience.
• Project experience with multiple ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% as required.
