Euroclear is seeking a Data Centre Facilities Engineer in Paris to independently manage mid-level projects, coordinate operations teams, and develop people strategies for growth. You’ll own budgets, represent Facilities in complex initiatives, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory alignment.

Applicants should have 8–10 years’ experience in critical facilities, an engineering degree, and fluency in English and French; a hybrid work model and collaboration with global teams

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant domain (mechanics, electricity, HVAC, etc.).
• Fluent in English and French; strong communication skills in a multinational environment.
• 8–10 years' experience in managing critical mission facilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead Data Centre Facility operations and act as main contact with Euroclear divisions.
• Serve as backup for other Data Centre Managers when necessary.
• Work closely with Corporate Security to achieve shared goals.
• Support FM Strategy and share standard methodologies.
• Provide reporting and manage resources, budgets, and governance.
• Coordinate collaborators and suppliers, define critical metrics, and manage risks.
• Supervise and train facility employees and externals as needed.
• Manage supplier contracts, monitor performance, control costs, and perform risk assessments.
• Plan and oversee projects from authorization to completion.
