Reboot Monkey in Châteaubourg, France is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team. You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment in a world-class data center, with on-call rotation and night/weekend shift differentials.

The role requires 3+ years in data center operations, expert cabling, and strong documentation. Certifications (CDCP/CDCS/CDCE, Dell/HPE/Cisco) are preferred. We offer health, dental, PTO, dev allowance, and certification sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills: Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with rack and stack operations.
• ITIL familiarity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot.
• Maintain asset tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
