Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team in Vélizy-Villacoublay, France. You will support critical infrastructure at world-class data center facilities, installing and maintaining server and network equipment.

This full-time role requires 3+ years of DC operations, strong cabling skills, and the ability to work shifts with on-call rotation. We offer health insurance, PTO, and development support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data center operations.
• Expert cabling: Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber.
• Rack and stack hardware deployment experience.
• Understanding of power distribution and UPS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs in demanding environments.
• Data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE) preferred.
• Vendor certs (Dell, HPE, Cisco) preferred.
• Network certs (CCNA, JNCIA) preferred.
• Experience with DCIM platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices preferred.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
