The role requires 3+ years in data center operations and hands-on experience with server, network equipment, and cabling. Candidates should be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working in demanding environments.

The position offers full-time, on-site work with standard hours and on-call rotations. Certifications (CDCP/CDCS/CDCE, Dell, HPE, Cisco) and ITIL knowledge are preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
