Jobtailor is seeking a skilled PMO/BI professional to coordinate strategic initiatives across Europe, delivering executive reviews and dashboards. You will synthesize inputs from multiple departments, prepare concise reports, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, governance discipline, and strong communication to drive growth and performance across the European Data Center organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Strong storytelling and written/verbal communication for leadership.
• Advanced analytics and data synthesis across multiple data sources.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with governance and follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Act as central coordination point for strategic initiatives and executive communications.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews and budget forecasts; deliver executive reporting packages.
• Consolidate inputs from Sales, PMO, Pricing, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management and Operations.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries on performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Monitor milestones, action plans, governance meetings, and decision trackers.
