Job Description:

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure continual access for our customers. We work on challenging problems with many variables impacting the supply chain, and we’re looking for talented individuals to join us.

You’ll be part of a diverse team of software, hardware, network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and more. You’ll collaborate across AWS to uphold safety and security standards while providing extensive capacity at low costs. We foster an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers ownership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review Data Center inventory, inbound shipments, and demand to maintain proper stock levels supporting build and repair activities.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to optimize parts flow, track inventory location, movement, age, and turns.
• Work closely with Data Center Technicians and Engineers to fulfill parts quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Hardware Engineering for purchasing, vendor interfacing, RMAs, and replacements.
• Manage data entry and address queries from peer organizations.
• Maintain metrics dashboards and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise and materials.
• Schedule deliveries and pickups, keep detailed records of commodities.
Safety and Physical Requirements:
• Understand safety standards, maintain quality.
• Manual handling and lifting of equipment as per regulations.
• Handle shipments, unpack, and verify contents.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
