Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd in Lille, France is seeking a Data Centre IT Manager on a permanent contract. You will lead the IT support team, drive KPI achievement in infrastructure support and project planning, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve technical and operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Extensive team leadership experience in IT operations.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues.
• Strong understanding of data centre operations and server/network equipment principles.
• Proven ability to plan and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and operational activities in tech support.

• Hands‑on experience diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues.
• Solid understanding of Data Centre operations and server/network equipment principles.
• Practical experience in project planning and management.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and operational activities of technical support service (ITSM).
