Keoni is seeking a Delivery Leader to oversee the IT Financing & Risk Data & BI team as part of the Spark program. You will liaise between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and IT/Data teams to align priorities, monitor delivery, and ensure production stability.

The role demands strong project management, experience in data/BI projects, and the ability to interact with senior executives and Business Unit Directors. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing Data/BI projects within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience gathering, prioritizing and translating business requirements into well-defined user stories.
• Strong ability to communicate with high-level stakeholders and manage delivery quality and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Gather and consolidate business requirements, define priorities with Product Owners, and communicate to stakeholders.
• Build and manage the product backlog with clear user stories, prioritization, and change management.
• Support delivery and production, monitor KPIs, and ensure quality and stability in production.
