Keoni is seeking a Delivery Leader to oversee the IT Financing & Risk Data & BI team as part of the Spark program. You will liaise between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and IT/Data teams to align priorities, monitor delivery, and ensure production stability.

The role demands strong project management, experience in data/BI projects, and the ability to interact with senior executives and Business Unit Directors. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Context : Seniority: Over 9 years of experience. The mission will take place within the IT Financing & Risk department, in the Data & Business Intelligence team. This team is developing FinLake, a data lake for finance professionals. The consultant will be involved in the Spark program, a modernization program for the finance information system, to monitor and manage the various associated IT/Data initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a Delivery Leader, liaising between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and the IT/Data teams.Responsibilities 1. Business Relationship Management • Gather and consolidate business requirements. • Define priorities with Product Owners. • Collect business feedback to adapt subsequent sprints. • Communicate priorities, budgets, and new requests to business stakeholders and end users. • Be able to interact with high-level stakeholders, including Business Unit Directors and Executive Committees.2. Backlog Management and Team Support • Build and communicate the product backlog with Product Owners. • Ensure the clarity and quality of requirements and User Stories. • Challenge requests. • Organize and conduct progress and prioritization reviews. • Translate business expectations to the IT/Data teams.3. Delivery and Production Management • Support the team in achieving its objectives. • Monitor delivery. • Ensure the quality and stability of production. • Identify and monitor areas requiring attention. • Produce the KPIs necessary for managing the activity. These responsibilities directly correspond to the three main areas defined in the specifications: business relationships, communication/prioritization of needs with the team, and support for delivery/production.Required Skills and Expertise : Key Skills: • Excellent project management skills. • Significant experience in managing Data/BI projects. • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum environments. • Agile/Scrum certification preferred. • Experience in backlog management, prioritization, and user stories. • Management of delivery and production. • Monitoring of KPIs, quality, costs, and deadlines.Highly valued professional skills: • Knowledge of the banking sector. • Knowledge of finance professions. • Experience in structured finance will be a real asset.Key soft skills include: • Leadership. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly. • Ability to challenge requests. • Ability to work with Product Owners and technical teams. • Comfortable interacting with high-level stakeholders: Business Unit Directors / Executive Committee.
