A leading consultancy is seeking Data and Scenario Modelling Experts to engage in short-term assignments supporting EU health systems reforms. Candidates should have advanced degrees and significant forecasting expertise. Qualifications

  • 7+ years in forecasting, modelling, or decision support in health systems.
  • Experience with scenario planning tools and dynamic modelling environments.
  • Knowledge of HRH indicators and planning methodologies is a strong asset.

About the Opportunity : We are creating a pool of Data and Scenario Modelling Experts – Health Systems for a new FWC Contract : EC-SG REFORM / 2025 / OP / 0001 : Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement scenario-based models for projecting future health workforce demand and supply.
  • Conduct assessments of data availability, quality, and system readiness.
  • Provide recommendations on data collection strategies and information system improvements.
  • Support technical input for policy decisions using quantitative and qualitative modelling.
