Description du poste

Welcome to RIMOWA , the first German Maison under the LVMH Group.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to oversee our finance applications landscape as a Finance IT Domain Manager .

The missions :

  • Lead and manage finance-related IT projects from conception through to completion within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of SAP S4Hana FICO, Esker, integration processes with ERP systems, and retail operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Finance business partners across all offices ensuring alignment of IT strategies with business objectives worldwide.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including business units, IT teams, external vendors to ensure seamless operation of finance applications.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure rigorous testing processes are in place for all updates, upgrades, or new implementations before going live.
  • Provide leadership in troubleshooting issues that arise in the operation of financial applications.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, budgeting, and performance against objectives.
  • Contribute to change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new systems across business units.
  • Assist in soliciting, monitoring, and addressing user feedback and concerns, promoting user satisfaction.

The profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT with a focus on financial applications management. Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects within finance domains is essential.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects within finance domains; PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in SAP S4Hana FICO required; familiarity with Esker is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of integration techniques between ERP systems and other enterprise software solutions.
  • Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational abilities including superb time management skills to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership qualities with proven capacity to guide teams towards achieving goals.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with proficiency in English; French language skills are beneficial considering the location.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude toward challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English & French; German is an asset.

This position requires someone based at our office in Paris but must be willing to coordinate closely with colleagues across different time zones when necessary. It may require occasional travel.
