At Qonto, our Data department can proudly count more than 59 people, of whom 25 belong to the BI Data Analyst Team. Our highly skilled Data Analysts deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership while managing our ever-growing user base needs.

Our Data Analysts are real business partners and are strongly connected with every department as they actively collaborate with them: Product, Growth, People, Finance, Ops, and Website, and have a strong impact on building new strategies for the company.

Mission: Join us as a Data Analyst Team Lead to enhance our reporting and analytical capabilities and drive high-stakes decision-making processes. You will play a pivotal role in developing robust dashboards and delivering accurate, detailed ad-hoc analyses to our top-tier stakeholders.

As a Data Analyst Team Lead at Qonto, you will:

1. Develop and maintain critical dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
2. Supervise ad-hoc analyses to provide insights on trends and outliers.
3. Ensure the highest data quality through top-notch KPI governance.
4. Lead and mentor a growing team of Data Analysts, fostering a culture of meticulous attention to detail and rigorous quality.
5. Collaborate closely with C-levels, providing actionable insights that influence major decisions.

About You:

1. Experience: Proven track record as a Data Analyst or similar role with experience in leading teams, even if on a small scale.
2. Skill in Detail-Oriented Analysis: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless quality, crucial in high-stakes environments.
3. Communication: Strong ability to explain complex data in a clear and impactful manner to stakeholders at all levels.
4. Leadership: While extensive management experience is not required, an aptitude for mentoring and guiding teams is essential.
5. Adaptability: Comfortable working under stringent deadlines and capable of handling the pressures of critical financial reporting periods.
